Job Description

• Supports the FP&A team through active response and support on key analyses as needed to ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner. • Gathers relevant data by working with our finance team to inform various analyses. • Teams with the other Analysts on the FP&A Team to provide clear, concise, and accurate responses to any requests. Acts as back up to the other Analysts as needed. • Supports efforts to clean up Axiom’s financial performance on a matter-level. • Prepares financial analysis including RBD, yield, retention, and sales volume analysis based on financial results. • Communicates and interacts intra-departmentally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, IT and Finance.

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, nested formulas; can read previously written formulae) - Intermediate knowledge expected with aptitude for logic / math required to become advanced user
Ability to organize, prioritize, and research under tight deadlines.
Accounting & finance understanding is a plus
