Position Overview

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a motivated, digitally minded Environmental Digital Solutions Intern to support our Strategic Subscriber Collaboration team. This is an entry-level role ideal for a May graduate in Environmental Science or a related field who is interested in regulatory compliance and digital solutions.

This position will directly support senior leadership by assisting with administrative coordination, technical configuration, regulatory research, and detailed solution-focused tasks for the Environmental Solution Suite of applications — while receiving hands-on coaching and mentorship to grow into a more strategic, client-facing role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and configuration of environmental and regulatory SaaS solutions
• Assist with regulatory research, data analysis, and documentation
• Help prepare materials for subscriber meetings and strategic engagements
• Perform detailed system testing, validation, and administrative coordination
• Leverage digital tools (e.g., analytics platforms, AI tools) to improve efficiency
• Gradually take on increased responsibility through structured mentoring and coaching

Ideal Candidate

• Graduating in May with a degree in Environmental Science, Coastal Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or related field
• Strong digital aptitude (e.g., analytics tools, AI)
• Interest in environmental compliance and regulatory strategy
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
