Job Description

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas of TrustBuilder CX (formerly Eliant) and TrustBuilder Reviews. • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Leverage data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions. • Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity across teams.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior product management role, ideally within a digital platform or consumer-facing product.
  • Strong proficiency in the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for working with diverse teams and driving collaborative success.
  • Bonus Experience in real estate, proptech, or Voice of the Customer/CX platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
