In this fully remote role, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, assist with travel research and booking coordination, and ensure all arrangements are accurate, complete, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the onboarding and booking process from start to finish

• Collect and verify client information to ensure accurate reservations

• Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and online platforms

• Provide general destination and itinerary information

• Maintain detailed and organized client records

• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
