Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or FP&A, specifically building reporting that leadership uses for decision-making.
- Strong skills in SQL for data transformation, proficiency in at least one BI tool, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
- Demonstrated, active daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to solve real business problems, rather than just a general awareness of the technology.
- An understanding of business systems architecture and how data flows between ERPs, CRMs, and billing platforms.
- Experience with integration platforms like Workato, Make, or Zapier, or direct experience working with APIs.
- The ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical leadership and explain system-level data flows to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SaaS growth-stage environments, NetSuite, financial modeling, or basic coding in Python or JavaScript.
