The Senior Program Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and communicating the program development workflow plan, ensuring all team members are aware of status, next steps, and potential roadblocks. This role also involves managing and mentoring Program Managers and Coordinators, overseeing the client's medical/legal/regulatory process, and handling financial aspects like SOW development and invoicing oversight.

The Building Consultant will conduct thorough onsite property inspections, often within 7 days, to evaluate damage and prepare detailed photo reports, cost estimates using software like Xactimate, and comprehensive written reports within 7 days post-inspection. Responsibilities also include promptly responding to assignments, occasionally traveling for catastrophe event evaluations, and acting as an expert witness when required.

The Building Consultant will conduct thorough onsite property inspections, often within 24-72 hours of assignment, to evaluate damage across various property environments. Key duties include preparing detailed photo reports, professional cost estimates using software like Xactimate, and written reports for insurance carriers and other stakeholders.
