• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including customer agreements, supplier contracts, manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, and other commercial contracts. • Manage day-to-day contract administration of assigned agreements and oversee the contract lifecycle within existing frameworks. • Ensure contracts align with the company's legal and business requirements and protect its interests while minimizing legal risks. • Assist with the development of playbooks, templates, and forms to ensure consistency and compliance. • Ensure timely elevation of risks and issues to the General Counsel or other members of the Legal Team. • Serve as a key and supportive partner to our commercial deal team members, providing proactive and timely communications to key stakeholders. • Maintain clear documentation of ongoing matters to facilitate a smooth transition upon the return of incumbent employee. • Assist with the company's privacy program, providing support to respond to privacy rights requests. • Assist in drafting and maintaining privacy policies. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support business operations and initiatives. • Perform other duties as directed by the General Counsel independently and in conjunction with other members of the legal department.
