Role Description
Enterprise Housing Credit Investments (EHCI) is hiring a graduate-level intern to join our Acquisitions team for Summer 2026. The position will be remote with the option to work from one of our offices in Columbia, Maryland, Portland, Oregon, or New York City.
The individual must have strong financial and analytical skills to assist with the analysis of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects. We are seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced individual who possesses leadership potential and will prosper in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere. This internship has the potential to result in a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial projections and evaluating potential investments
- Assist in the preparation of preliminary investment summaries and Credit Committee packages
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with developers of affordable multifamily housing
- Prepare deal information including projections, deal summary, market information, sponsor resume and financial strength, and relevant deal terms for investor review
- Ensure internal record keeping and systems are kept current and maintained
Qualifications
- Graduate student or recent master’s graduate with experience and/or strong interest in affordable housing and inclusive community development
- Coursework and/or experience in finance, real estate and/or financial modeling
- Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivation: ability to work both independently and as a team player

- Base pay for this role is $20 to $24 for undergraduate students and $24-$28 for graduate students, depending on level of skills and experience
