Role Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Marketing Department, which initiates and executes the company’s corporate and product-focused external communications. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and has hands-on experience developing, executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. This includes:
- Advertising campaigns
- Digital media
- Product and corporate website management
- Social media and analytics reporting
Working within the commercial business unit, this role collaborates cross-functionally with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience in pharmaceutical marketing required; experience with injectables or generic pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance guidelines governing pharmaceutical and medical device promotion (e.g., PMR review processes).
Requirements
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytic platforms (preferably Google Analytics (GA4)).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing automation tools.
- A basic understanding of HTML, CSS preferred.
- Mastery of Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in the use of Veeva Vault PromoMats for content management and approval workflows.
- Strong copywriting and basic graphic design skills to support digital content creation.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Business savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to adapt to fast-changing digital trends.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing execution.

Expected Salary Range
$56,000-66,000. The salary range is the minimum and maximum annual salary range of compensation for the role that the employer in good faith believes to be accurate at the time of the posting of an advertisement for the role. Actual compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, education, knowledge, skills and experience.
