Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to help improve, expand and structure our growing Human Resources department to support all employees of Oddball.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Administer leave programs, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, and other statutory or company-specific leaves.
- Guide employees through the leave application process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Assist with performance evaluation process and training.
- Contribute to the maintenance of employee records and performance documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, and/or operations.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
