Job Requirements
- 10+ years of creative experience in global brands with a strong reputation as an expert
- 7+ years of experience in managing agencies and leading teams, including both direct reports and cross-functional teams and agencies
- Proven track record of leading, developing and executing successful, large-scale creative strategies
- Leadership in driving innovation and complex initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to executive-level stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent experience; advanced degree or specialized certifications preferred

The Senior UX/UI Designer will lead the redesign of user onboarding and cross-platform experiences for mobile and web applications, focusing on creating seamless, consistent, and intuitive workflows. Key tasks include optimizing end-to-end onboarding, conducting user journey mapping, and leveraging AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping and ideation.
Key responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations with clients via phone, email, and Zoom, presenting company products, and building strong client relationships. Associates must also schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, maintain accurate client records, and collaborate with the remote sales team to meet performance goals.
The role involves collaborating with the team to establish practice guidelines, managing billing and insurance communications, and providing supervision for Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities also include designing and delivering behavior intervention plans, conducting functional assessments, and ensuring all methodologies are evidence-based.
