Job Description

• Responsible for driving B2B sales and revenue growth across strategic accounts • Owns the full account lifecycle and serves as a trusted advisor • Develop territory management strategies and apply a consultative selling approach • Engage with key stakeholders through onsite visits and virtual channels • Develop territory and account plans, manage pipelines, and provide accurate forecasting • Collaborate across internal teams to support customer success and maintain high service levels • Measure success through revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets

Job Requirements

  • BA/BSc or equivalent essential
  • 3+ years of experience in a complex sales environment
  • 1 year leadership experience
  • Proven track record of verifiable sales success with a consultative, strategic selling approach
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with distribution and scientific background
  • Demonstrated capability in best in class selling processes (e.g. SPIN, Consultative Selling) and CRM tools
  • Fluent in oral and written English, preferably 1 or 2 more languages
