Job Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups
- Deep sourcing expertise: you know how to find and attract talent beyond inbound with creative strategies
- An analytical approach to identify profitable talent sources and to manage team members against KPIs
- Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
- Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up (candidate experience systems, ATS workflows, etc.)
- Effective communication with team members from diverse countries and backgrounds is crucial at DualEntry. A C1 level of English proficiency is essential for this role.
