Job Description
Role Description
Boostlingo is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Enterprise Development Team. This team is responsible for building and maintaining systems that integrate Boostlingo’s platform with enterprise healthcare systems and EHRs.
This is a full stack role first. EHR and healthcare domain experience is a strong plus, but not a hard requirement.
As a senior individual contributor, you will:
- Own systems end-to-end
- Influence architecture and technical direction
- Work on complex integrations with enterprise partners
- Raise the bar for quality, reliability, and maintainability
This is not a “ticket factory” role. You will be expected to think in systems, understand tradeoffs, and help the team scale responsibly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience working on live, customer-facing web applications
- Comfortable working in an agile, distributed team
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and improve production systems
Requirements
- Backend: Orleans, C#, and modern .NET
- RESTful API design and service-to-service communication
- Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures
- Strong understanding of async programming and concurrency
- Frontend: Angular (or comparable modern framework)
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
- Responsive web design principles
- SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus
- CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Logging, monitoring, and observability practices
Benefits
- Values and mission-based ethos that drives our product development strategy
- Fun, energetic environment with an incredible culture
- Hybrid/Remote working arrangements
- Competitive compensation and robust benefits offering, including 401(k) plan with match
- Flexible PTO
