Job Requirements
- Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, or IT Project Management within enterprise environments.
- Apply experience with ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Analyze complex technical issues and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead and perform effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure and sound decision-making.
- Utilize knowledge of software delivery lifecycles, operational quality standards, and regulatory or compliance expectations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Earn a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrate experience in financial services or government payment environments (preferred).
