Role Description
A fast-growing wellness brand is seeking a Social & Influencer Marketing Lead to manage day-to-day social execution, influencer programs, and community engagement across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Working closely with the founder and Head of Marketing, this role will translate science-backed education and leadership content into high-performing social assets while maintaining the brand’s credibility and authority in neuroscience and wellness.
- Own day-to-day social execution across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Build and manage a social content calendar aligned with broader marketing campaigns
- Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and creator partnerships
- Support and amplify founder-led content, including educational videos and Instagram Lives
- Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and audience insights
- Repurpose long-form educational content into short-form social assets
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual quality, and scientific credibility
- Build systems, trackers, and SOPs to improve content and influencer workflows
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- Highly organized and systems-oriented
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and founders
- Experience managing creator partnerships and influencer campaigns
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content
- Background or interest in wellness, movement, fitness, or health industries
