Location: Texas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and welcome applicants with a current LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license in Texas.

This role is for a fully licensed clinician who can provide virtual therapy, manage a consistent caseload, and maintain strong clinical standards in a remote setting. The work is straightforward and patient-focused: assess needs, provide treatment, document carefully, and support clients through ongoing care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adult or adolescent clients, depending on caseload needs
  • Complete diagnostic and clinical assessments during intake and ongoing care
  • Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and presenting concerns
  • Keep documentation current, organized, and compliant
  • Monitor progress and make clinical adjustments when needed
  • Address risk concerns using appropriate protocols and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the broader care team to support outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Active, unrestricted Texas LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license
  • Experience in psychotherapy, counseling, or behavioral health treatment
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency in a fully remote role
  • Strong documentation habits and sound clinical decision-making
  • Comfortable using telehealth technology and EHR systems
