Role Description
As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our global delivery team. We are looking for a Project Manager, Patient Research to contribute to our mission by executing high-quality patient research studies with precision, speed, and strong client service instincts. This is an exciting opportunity to join Konovo and build meaningful client services experience in healthcare market research while working alongside a collaborative, global team.
- Execute patient-focused research studies from kickoff through closeout with senior oversight, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Panel, Programming, Compliance, and Operations to remove friction and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Support client communications, status updates, and documentation with professionalism and accuracy.
- Track milestones, quotas, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure study materials, screeners, and documentation are reviewed thoroughly before launch.
- Proactively identify potential risks and escalate or resolve issues to protect delivery timelines and client confidence.
- Maintain clean, organized records and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Work 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time to support US-based stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Proactive team members with strong organizational discipline and exceptional attention to detail.
- 3+ years of customer-facing project management experience in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional fluency in Spanish required. French or Italian language skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Comfort working within structured processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common project management tools.
- Experience in market research, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Additional desirable experience: Relevant certifications such as PMP or other project management credentials.
