ABOUT THE ROLE
This role focuses on driving AI-driven digital transformation for large enterprises by bridging strategy and execution at the executive level. You will influence high-impact initiatives, shape modernization efforts, and ensure technology delivers measurable business value. The opportunity stands out through its strong consulting mindset, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and exposure to complex enterprise environments. It offers strategic ownership, professional growth, and periodic U.S. travel to build trusted, long-term partnerships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and V-level executives within large enterprise organizations
- Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption
- Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support the execution of these initiatives end-to-end
- Bring a strong consulting mindset, helping organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes
- Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships

MUST HAVES
- Strong US consulting experience (6+ years of experience)
- Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value;
- Leverage prior experience within large enterprises, ideally having participated in or led digital transformation or modernization programs;
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong technical understanding of IT projects
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- US resident or valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel once per quarter
