The Director of Business Program Management - Digital Channel for the DBU Partner Team is responsible for the creation and execution of global channel partner programs and initiatives to drive business for the Insight DXP portfolio. This key  role involves working with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and outcomes, driving growth while managing and influencing positive business outcomes for our Customers, Iron Mountain, and our partners.
 

Responsibilities

  • Channel Program Ownership: Create plans for both short- and long-term global Insight DXP partner channel programs to drive Partner-led sales, including internal and external processes and operations.

  • Channel Partner Lifecycle Management: Develop and maintain an Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) aligned to IRM Digital GTM, including a "Recruit, Onboard, Grow, Retain" framework to ensure long-term partner health and loyalty.  

  • Channel Enablement: Coordinate programs for both sales and technical enablement with Sales as well as Technical and Support offerings.

  • Channel Partner Incentives: Continuously refine partner incentives and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) based on ROI analysis and market performance. 

  • Channel Partner Tooling: Select and manage needed Partner tooling including integration to CRM, and Partner deal registration/management.

  • Partner Pipeline Management: Drive global and regional pipeline reviews to identify friction points in the co-sell process and adjust global programs accordingly.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Sales to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding partner-related programs and activities.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential partners and assess market trends to inform partnership strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partnership programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Impact Communications: Build and communicate Iron Mountain + Partner outcomes and  benefits to key stakeholders within Iron Mountain via regular Partner communications, win stories, etc..

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • 10+ years in combined software industry channel development, management and marketing experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing long-term global strategies and influencing cross-functional teams to meet high-level business objectives

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management,  and interpersonal skills including ability to present to executive/CXO roles internally and externally..

  • Growth mindset and consultative approach to partnering with internal and external teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends and make decisions grounded in data.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - preferred.
