Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Program Manager to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
As a Program Manager, you will support strategic special projects and the team's ongoing operational needs. You will partner with sales, product, engineering, and operations to oversee a portfolio of enablement programs. The ideal candidate will have a sharp mind for solving problems pragmatically. You have a strong talent for aligning goals across cross-functional teams by bringing structure, teamwork, and critical thinking.
Qualifications / Desired Skills
- 5+ years of experience in account, product, project, or program management
- Exceptional priority management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Passionate about problem-solving and believe in the power of collaboration
- Strong communicator and collaborator (you can bring senior stakeholders and peers along with a clear plan)
- Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization
- A strategic thinker (you can see trends and prioritize across many opportunities)
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to work with Eastern US time with typical work days from 16:00 to 00:00 Turkey time.
- Perfect English skills; both written and oral
- Residing in Istanbul city center

- This is a permanent-term contractor job opportunity with Medsien Inc.
- This position is based in Istanbul, requiring 16:00-00:00 workdays.
