Position Overview
We’re searching for Systems Administrator to join our Corporate IT team in remote location. To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.
What You’ll Do
- Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities for cloud and on‑prem resources using Terraform
- Execute state updates, manage configuration drift, and apply minor infrastructure changes via code
- Maintain consistent system configurations and patch levels using Ansible
- Execute automated patch cycles and remediate security vulnerabilities across Windows and Linux systems
- Operate and troubleshootGitLab CI/CD pipelines used for infrastructure and operational tasks
- Follow established Git‑based change management practices, including merge requests and approvals
- Monitor system health usingDatadog dashboards, alerts, and logs
- Respond to infrastructure alerts and participate in incident resolution efforts
We’re Excited to Learn More About You
- 4+ years in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Operations.
- Strong background in operational support and sustaining engineering
- Terraform: Ability to read, understand, and modify existing Terraform configurations
- Ansible: Ability to execute, debug, and modify playbooks for patching and configuration
- GitLab: Proficiency with Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting
- Datadog: Ability to interpret dashboards, logs, and alerts for operational troubleshooting
- Automation‑focused operational mindset
- Certifications and/or Licenses (Desired): VMWare VCP, Google Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Arcitura Certified Cloud Architect, IBM Certified Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from [$70,000 - $120,000 CAD]. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
