Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in finance, financial services, commercial finance, or partner/end user financing programs.
- Strong knowledge of financing instruments such as leasing, loans, subscription models, usage based financing, and structured financial solutions.
- Proven experience presenting complex financial concepts to non financial stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to model scenarios, assess risk, and interpret financial data.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision makers internally and externally.
- Preferred: MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced finance qualification.
- Distribution Experience working with large channel ecosystems or technology partners.
- Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks in multinational companies.
- Previous work supporting North American markets in a matrix corporate environment.
