Job Description
• Support the Sales Account Executive team in a Pre-Sales Capacity
• Assist in design, planning, and implementation of a Secure Network Solution Engineer
• Provide consultative support for pre-sales and customers
• Present at trade shows and oversee internal demonstrations
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations
• Provide educational training on Extreme Networks products
Job Requirements
- 8-10+ years relevant experience
- Expert in networking technologies
- Proven ability to influence customer decisions
- Thorough knowledge of security design features
- Hands-on experience using security-related toolsets
- Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting
- Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
- Ability to demonstrate Extreme Networks products
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- Network Certifications desired
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies like NAC, IDS/IPS
