Job Description
Overview
This is a remote position – incumbents must reside in Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health location. All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote schedule.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting IS enterprise-wide projects from concept through implementation. In this role, you will help guide project teams, develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, and track key project metrics to support successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Project planning, status reporting, tracking of deliverables and tasks, analysis and documentation, and meeting preparation/ coordination/ facilitation are daily activities for this role. Monitor, track, and report issues for system build activities by closely. coordinating with subject matter experts and operational partners
- Maintain project plan and schedule or Kanban tracking board.
- Create meeting agendas, document meeting notes, including action items, tasks, issues, and key decisions.
- Manages action items, issue logs and deliverables from internal and external team members.
- Assist with business requirements documentation. Document process flows and identify gaps and business process changes.
- Support multi-disciplinary initiative workgroups in the development of detailed plans and tools to meet objectives. Use facilitation and collaboration to build plans that are supported by key stakeholders.
- Supports efforts to develop content for communications and presentations.
- Supports the team or department, including agenda and meeting material creation, issue and decision-making tracking, status reporting, and documentation management.
- Provide other technical, project and program support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred..
Experience:
- Demonstrated project management, coaching, analysis, planning and team-based experience.
- Entry-level project management position (typically requiring less than 3 years’ experience in project management).
Skills:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and/or information technology workflows.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize and deliver on projects / technical initiatives.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to plan and lead meetings and presentations to a technical or operational audience.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and apply systematic problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills of Microsoft Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project). Report-writing, Power BI.
- Self-starter, highly motivated and accurate and detailed in performance of work responsibilities/tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management. Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving.
Pay Range
