• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of People systems projects, including system upgrades, implementations, optimizations, and integrations with internal and external stakeholders • Define project scope, timelines and milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures for projects • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues such as (scope creep, resource constraints, or technical bugs) that arise during the project lifecycle • Partner with Workday module owners and the broader P&C team to identify workflow inefficiencies and lead automated solutions • Develop the project management function within our team by creating standard procedures and project guidelines that can be used broadly across a variety of projects • Implement best practices of project management through leading activities such as Lessons Learned Sessions • Act as the primary liaison between the people systems team and the internal or external stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Lead internal project team calls • Be able to identify, prioritize, and escalate as needed across multiple workstreams • Develop training materials and communication plans to drive user adoption of new system features and processes • Provide status updates, project documentation, and post project knowledge transfer sessions • Establish and maintain People systems project governance frameworks, including documentation standards, decision logs, and risk management processes
