Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing client services and sales strategy team, driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth in a dynamic digital advertising environment. You will shape the end-to-end client experience, from pre-sale strategy and campaign planning to execution, optimization, and strategic reporting. The position demands a combination of relationship management, operational rigor, and analytical insight to create scalable processes and innovative AI-driven advertising solutions. You will collaborate across internal teams, leveraging data and client feedback to enhance product offerings and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact, visible leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of Account Managers, establishing performance expectations and fostering professional growth.
  • Develop scalable processes, onboarding programs, and playbooks that drive operational excellence and accountability.
  • Lead pre-sale strategy, including creation of compelling sales decks, proposals, and omnichannel marketing plans across display, mobile, and video advertising.
  • Analyze historical data, research trends, and generate case studies to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Manage key client relationships, overseeing the full lifecycle of digital campaigns and ensuring accuracy, optimization, and successful delivery.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize campaigns, and support revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of client-facing experience with a focus on digital advertising, programmatic, display, or video campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in sales marketing, including building media plans, decks, and proposals under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, ROI, and measurement studies, communicating results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, creating scalable processes, and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with adaptability to emerging AI-driven advertising tools and innovative client solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education or certifications in related fields is a plus.
