Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the validation and accuracy of benefit plan builds across multiple internal systems. This role partners closely with the AIS team as plans are constructed, ensuring the final build meets client requirements and functions correctly.
This is a high‑attention‑to‑detail, production‑based role with no phone work. You will review, test, and validate plan details—including deductibles, out‑of‑pocket amounts, pricing, and other benefit components—and collaborate with internal partners to resolve any discrepancies.
Once fully trained, individuals in this role are expected to work approximately 25 plans per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed quality testing of benefit plans across multiple internal systems
- Validate that each plan is built accurately to client specifications
- Identify issues such as incorrect deductibles, out‑of‑pocket setup, and pricing discrepancies
- Document findings and collaborate with AIS partners to correct errors
- Achieve performance targets based on weekly plan volumes
- Participate in structured training and practice inbox work prior to full production
Position Details
- Pay: $24.00/hr
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Assignment Type: Contract (6 months), with potential extensions based on business needs
- Work Environment: Fully remote; must have a quiet home workspace
- Core Hours: Must work a schedule that covers 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Two‑ or four‑year degree (required)
- Preferred majors: Math, Biology, Business, Healthcare Administration, History, or degrees involving research
- Minimum 1 year of Excel experience
- (No pivot tables or V‑lookups required; must pass Excel assessment)
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a production‑based environment
