Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least some in consumer-facing products.
- Have led 0→1 product development and/or scaled products at a high-growth startup.
- Proven track record of driving measurable impact on key business metrics.
- Combine strategic product thinking with strong execution—able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Strong intuition for UX and user behavior and what makes a product feel exceptional.
- Able to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Energized by ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
- Care deeply about product polish, with a sharp eye for interaction design, visual design and product positioning.
- Operate with a founder mindset—proactive, resourceful, and not above rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
