• Manage health care quality projects, performance improvement, and initiatives through strategic project management • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders across teams to drive results; able to form and lead virtual teams • Support decision making regarding the design, development, prioritization, implementation, and evaluation strategy of quality improvement projects and HEDIS initiatives • Use key data to identify performance trends and conducts analyses to support business decisions based on findings • Effectively communicate information, impact, and influence across teams and business areas • Execute strategy to facilitate and drive a service and continuous improvement culture in the HEDIS organization.
