• Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex commercial agreements including MSAs, SaaS agreements, licensing deals, NDAs, reseller/distributor agreements, RFQs, government contracts, and strategic alliances. • Serve as a legal advisor to Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and support of SaaS customers. • Develop and maintain scalable legal frameworks for commercial transactions, including templates, clause libraries, and playbooks. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advise on legal and licensing aspects of new product development, launches, and integrations. • Ensure compliance with IP, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across product offerings. • Own and enhance the commercial legal operations function, including contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms (e.g., Ironclad) and AI-assisted contract review tools. • Establish and track key legal metrics, SLAs, and risk indicators to support business growth and governance. • Act as a strategic thought partner to the General Counsel and executive leadership team. • Lead cross-functional legal initiatives and represent Legal in strategic planning forums. • Prepare to assume broader legal leadership responsibilities as directed by General Counsel
