Role Description

AdRoll ABM, a brand of NextRoll, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage renewal relationships and expansion strategies of AdRoll ABM’s Strategic customers. The impact you’ll make:

  • Manage medium to large customers with annual spend of $100k - $500k.
  • Own the commercial relationship by focusing on retaining and growing a portfolio of approximately 20-30 accounts.
  • Drive increased revenue and deliver marketing and sales success for customers.
  • Work harmoniously with appointed Customer Success Manager(s) to support the book of customers jointly.
  • Develop and expand cross-functional relationships across several customer departments.
  • Manage contracts, negotiations, billing, legal, and financial questions for the customer.
  • Work collaboratively with new business and onboarding teams to ensure a frictionless customer experience.
  • Develop internal relationships to advise and improve processes and support customers effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of successful Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in ad-tech and/or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Track record of success in customer-facing Account Management roles.
  • Proven ability to achieve a quarterly managed sales quota.
  • Proficient experience in renewing and expanding deals, alongside managing sales processes.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, evolving, high-energy sales culture.

Additional Information

  • Minimum salary of $72,420 to maximum salary of $107,100 + commission + equity + benefits.
  • On-target earnings are 42.86% of base (i.e. 70/30 split) and will be paid quarterly based on achievement of sales targets.
  • The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
  • Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on job-related factors.
