Job Description

• Achieve territory sales goals through demos, customer engagement, and solution-based selling • Conduct compelling presentations and proposals for new and existing retail customers • Partner with retail store staff and internal reps to support product training and drive awareness • Lead in-store product demos, jobsite visits, and customer training sessions • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach and market research • Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and new product ideas • Support jobsite inspections and communicate potential claims with follow-up reporting • Ensure all account activity, product materials, and communications are kept up to date • Follow company safety standards, policies, and procedures in daily work • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years' experience in sales of commercial products. Strong knowledge of flooring installation materials preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint within a Windows environment - Knowledge 365 or Dynamics AX is a plus.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to travel frequently.

  • In this role, you will earn a competitive annual salary between $80,000 and $90,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
  • This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.
