Role Description
We are looking for Certified Public Accountants!
- Analyze, organize, update financial records.
- Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
- Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc.
- Setup financial accounts as needed.
- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables.
- Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns.
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly.
- Keep company financial information confidential.
- Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization.
- Inventory Management.
- China Purchase Management.
Qualifications
- Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System.
- Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements.
- Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently.
- Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Requirements
- Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
- Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB.
- Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX - No Linux, Unix, or any operating system other than what is required.
- Internet Speed: Running on a 5.0 MBPS plan or higher (Both primary and backup) - If your backup connection cannot serve as your primary connection, that does not qualify as a backup connection.
- REQUIRED Headset: Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port.
- REQUIRED WebCam: At least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording.
