Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Client Success & Partnerships Associate to support our growing network of clients and industry partners. In this role, you will help ensure our clients have an exceptional experience working with Evertas while also supporting partnership initiatives across the broader ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams including underwriting, operations, and leadership to coordinate client communications, manage relationships, and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management for clients and partners
- Serve as a point of contact for client questions and coordination needs
- Help maintain strong relationships with partners across the crypto, AI, and technology ecosystem
- Coordinate internal communication between clients and Evertas teams
- Track client feedback and help improve the overall customer experience
- Assist with preparation of client presentations, reports, and communications
- Support partnership development initiatives and strategic collaborations
- Maintain internal records related to client activity and engagement
- Contribute to initiatives that improve client success processes and workflows
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, communications, or business operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with remote teams and digital collaboration tools
- Interest in emerging technologies such as blockchain, cybersecurity, or AI is a plus
- A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
