Role Description
We are seeking a curious and analytical Research & Intelligence Associate to support our growing research and risk analysis efforts. In this role, you will help monitor developments across cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technology sectors. You will produce research briefs, industry insights, and intelligence reports that support internal decision-making, underwriting analysis, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating complex topics, synthesizing information, and producing clear analytical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on developments across cryptocurrency, AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technologies
- Monitor industry news, incidents, regulatory developments, and emerging risks
- Produce research briefs, summaries, and intelligence reports for internal teams
- Assist in analyzing market trends and industry developments affecting digital asset risk
- Support underwriting and leadership teams with research and analytical insights
- Compile data and information related to cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, and emerging risk vectors
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and research documentation
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and research materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across underwriting, operations, and leadership
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of professional experience in research, analysis, intelligence, consulting, policy analysis, journalism, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree required (fields such as Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, International Affairs, Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, or similar are a plus)
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize complex information clearly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and global technology trends
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, AI, or financial technology is a plus
