Role Description

Your potential has a place here with TTEC’s award-winning employment experience. As a Bilingual Inside Sales Agent speaking French and English working remotely in Canada, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business.

This role is limited to residents of certain locations in Canada only. This position is open to residents of:

  • Alberta
  • British Columbia
  • Manitoba
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Nova Scotia
  • Prince Edward Island
  • Quebec
  • Saskatchewan

What You’ll be Doing

  • Work in the sales program and will be responsible for the introduction and the acquisition of opportunities for a worldwide hotel chain.
  • Engage both warm and cold leads with intent to sign up potential clients for our hotel corporate discount.
  • Use different channels to identify the point of contact responsible for the company’s travel.
  • Uncover pain points and introduce the program to our current and potential clients.
  • Manage our customer accounts.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively with global customers and colleagues who communicate in both languages.
  • One year or more of B2B sales experience.
  • One year of hospitality experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

  • The position is permanently remote and full-time. Required availability: Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
