  • Track record of driving execution through clear goals, accountability, and measurable KPIs (distribution, rate of sale, activations)
  • Effective field leadership, including sales training, ride-withs, and in-market support

What We Offer:

  • Health & dental insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, plus birthday leave
  • Travel expenses + annual learning budget
  • Remote role based in your territory with flexible scheduling
  • Generous employee product discounts
  • A high-performing, collaborative, and genuinely fun team culture

Who Thrives Here:

  • Crusaders, not order-takers — motivated by purpose, not just a paycheck
  • Self-starters who take ownership and push through obstacles
  • Relationship-first sellers who know trust drives velocity
  • Collaborators who bridge departments and rally others around the mission
