Job Description
• Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs deployed in AWS across multiple technical domains
• Develop scalable, high-performance solutions that follow modern software design principles and meet business requirements
• Contribute to architectural discussions and drive implementation of clean, reusable solutions across services
• Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of core platform services and APIs
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as planning, retrospectives, and story grooming
• Conduct thorough code reviews, share technical feedback, and contribute to continuous code quality improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Security to support high-quality software delivery
• Use AI based development tools to build high quality, high performance AdTech products.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend software engineering focused on building enterprise-grade applications
- 4+ years developing scalable, high-performance, high availability microservices
- 4+ years designing cloud-native architectures and implementing infrastructure as code
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries
- 2+ years of Elasticsearch experience or other cloud-native search technologies
- 2+ years of front-end development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
- Advanced proficiency in Python 3 is required (a coding assessment will be administered to evaluate this proficiency).
