Job Description
• Fostering partnerships with key clients and tournament organizers within the golf/tennis division
• Developing high-value client relationships
• Expanding market reach
• Executing events
• Developing, maintaining, and growing partnerships with tournament organizers and golf sponsors in order to sell Pro Am Tournament business and gifting opportunities on the following Professional Tours and beyond: PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour, Champions Tour, LPGA Tour, Epson Tour, USTA
• Searching, sourcing, capturing, and following up with all gifting leads specific to Tour business
• Selling and executing Maui Jim tournament gifting business
• Developing, cultivating, and growing business relationships with key decision makers within professional tours and individual tournament organizations
• Executing Maui Jim fittings at said Tour events
• Participating in Golf Consumer Event sales when needed
• Participating in Maui Jim fitting activations to assist Field Specialist
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience within the golf industry

- Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication
- Relationship building
- Superior communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging at the highest levels of client organizations
- Strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to balance tactical execution with long-term growth initiatives
