Job Description

Responsibilities & Qualifications

 

We are seeking an Agile Coach to join our Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Team.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in agile coaching, program management, or digital service delivery.

Certifications

  • Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) or equivalent.

Education

  • Undergraduate degree required.

Clearance

  •  Secret – IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enable delivery teams to adopt agile and perform development activities effectively.
  • Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work using agile principles.
  • Drive strategic change across the organization to support adoption of agile techniques.
  • Embed an agile culture using a wide range of agile and lean methodologies and frameworks.
  • Provide coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring to teams and leadership.
  • Enable stakeholders to access accurate and current project or program status without disrupting delivery.
  • Apply best practices and tools for team roles, behaviors, structure, culture, agile ceremonies and practices, knowledge transfer, program management, cross-team coordination, and overall governance of digital service delivery.
  • Define and maintain key metrics and requirements that support teams and delivery outcomes.
  • Equip staff with the ability to coach others effectively.
  • Provide executive coaching at the organization level on fundamental considerations of digital service delivery design.
