Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field is required
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline is preferred
- 8-12 years of experience in recruitment, relationship management, or business development, preferably within the legal sector
- Strong analytical skills for leveraging data (NPS, utilization, geography) to identify network gaps and opportunities
- Familiarity with the processes and tools used for attorney compliance, licensing verification, and credentialing (e.g., using state bar websites, legal communities, etc.)
- Ability to conduct outreach and negotiate relationships with firms ranging in size from solos to larger firms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing compliance processes
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Process improvement experience - demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
