Job Description

• Actively search for and recruit new, forward-thinking attorneys to expand the Referral Network, particularly targeting geographical areas and practice areas where shortages exist • Identify attorneys outside the existing network through events, legal trade groups, your network, or using external tools like Google, Justia, and State Bar directories • Develop strategies to recruit mission-aligned attorneys willing to push the envelope on efficiency and technology (e.g., AI automation) • Communicate the benefits of joining the network • Cultivate relationships with existing referral attorneys, using data and performance metrics to identify potential candidates for promotion to Provider Firm status • Run reports to analyze referral attorney activity, including the types and volume of cases they handle, leveraging data points like NPS and Member Satisfaction (MSAT) • Create a clear pathway and advocate for high-performing referral attorneys to transition into Provider Firms • Formalize and modernize credentialing standards and processes to ensure consistent professional competence across the network • Develop measurable customer-service and responsiveness benchmarks, or enhance those already in use (mostly NPS) to drive a high-quality client experience • Work closely with the manager of training and communication to develop and roll out training programs to strengthen “bedside-manner” skills - communication, empathy, clarity, and trust-building • Drive and measure adoption of training across the Referral Attorney network
