In this fully remote role, you will deliver exceptional service by coordinating bookings, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring all client arrangements are accurate, seamless, and complete.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a service-focused environment and enjoy helping clients plan and manage their arrangements efficiently. No prior industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage detailed client bookings and vacation plans

• Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems

• Provide accurate information and personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budget

• Communicate professionally through email, phone, and online platforms

• Handle updates, modifications, and service-related requests promptly and accurately

• Maintain organized and precise client documentation

• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development initiatives
