Job Requirements
- Possess a four-year college degree (or equivalent relevant experience in a related field)
- Minimum 3 years specific project management experience, either directly or as a responsibility of another role
- Experience and ability leading cross-functional and collaborative teams
- Strong project management skills, including managing a project plan and tracking actions, risks, issues, and decisions
- Attention to detail is critical
- Skill in articulating complex ideas and simplifying them into clear, understandable concepts for diverse audiences
- PMP, CAP, or Agile Certification preferred
