Role Description

We are seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Destination Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in the travel industry with training and ongoing support provided.

  • Support clients with end-to-end vacation planning, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Provide destination knowledge, personalized recommendations, and professional travel guidance
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online platforms
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and changes with travel partners
  • Maintain client profiles, booking details, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Authentic interest in travel and assisting others with memorable experiences
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively
  • Basic proficiency with computers, internet tools, and online systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
  • No prior experience in the travel industry required; training and certification are provided
