No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and preferences

• Research and coordinate flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages

• Provide personalized destination insights and travel recommendations

• Manage bookings, confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel adjustments

• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and digital platforms

• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business

• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and exclusive offers

• Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
