Role Description
- Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and other activities.
- Communicate with clients and team members to confirm schedules and address any changes.
- Track and update schedules in real time to ensure efficient operations.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management.
- Assist in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry and scheduling or a similar administrative role, within the property or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Comfortable working U.S. hours.
