We are looking for a reliable and service-focused Travel Planning Specialist to support clients in researching and organizing travel arrangements. This role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and communication to ensure each client receives dependable planning assistance from start to finish.

  • Communicate with clients to understand travel goals, schedules, and preferences
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities
  • Assist with itinerary preparation and coordinate reservations
  • Confirm booking details and maintain organized records
  • Assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs
