Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of cross functional experience in a high growth startup and or healthcare systems
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Working understanding of grievance and appeals regulations and their application
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across teams as a self starter
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute innovative solutions to complex problems
