Job Description

• Support internal and external audits by helping coordinate documentation, timelines, and follow up items • Own day to day execution of assigned audit and monitoring workstreams within established processes, including documentation, tracking, prioritization, and issue escalation • Collaborate with cross functional partners to gather information and support compliance reviews • Maintain organized, audit ready records for assigned activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to senior review • Monitor quality and oversight reports to ensure regulatory deadlines are met, evaluate trends and risks, and determine when escalation is required • Identify process gaps and share observations and recommendations with senior team members • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of cross functional experience in a high growth startup and or healthcare systems
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Working understanding of grievance and appeals regulations and their application
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships across teams as a self starter
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute innovative solutions to complex problems
