Role Overview

As a Creative AI Content Producer, you will be at the heart of our business—because at Inception Point, we make premium content across every vertical, powered by technology, driven by story.. You aren't just a video editor; you are an AI enthusiast and creative architect who lives on the bleeding edge of emerging technology. You will develop the "Bibles" (holistic character development) for our AI personalities, ensuring they feel human, relatable, and consistent across all platforms. We are looking for an "AI forward" thinker who can take initiative, challenge the status quo, and move significantly faster than traditional production cycles.

Responsibilities

• Intellectual Property & Bible Creation: Develop deep, committed character Bibles that fuel the prompts for visuals and scripts.

• AI Prompt Engineering: Master the nuances of prompting, including expert-level use of negative prompting to refine AI outputs; Work fluently with AI tools such as (or similar to):

  • AI image generation (e.g., Midjourney-style tools)

  • AI video generation and scene creation

  • AI-assisted editing platforms

• High-Volume Video Production: Drive the workflow to produce long-form videos and create short-form and long-form AI-generated videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms; Translate scripts into compelling visual stories using AI video, image, and motion tools; Assemble scenes, b-roll, character visuals, pacing, and transitions into polished final videos.

• Creative Execution: Apply strong visual judgment around tone, rhythm, framing, and storytelling; Match visuals to the voice, personality, and brand identity of each IPAI host; Experiment with formats while maintaining consistency and quality across episodes.

• Social Optimization: Extract social snippets/offshoots from long-form content for daily posting on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Technical Problem Solving: Combat daily AI challenges such as lip-sync quality, character "drift," and high video production costs through creative workarounds.

• Collaborative Innovation: Take the initiative to suggest new tools and techniques, teaching the rest of the team how to "move the ball" forward; Collaborate with creative leads, writers, and producers to execute content efficiently; Take feedback well and iterate quickly; Flag opportunities to improve speed, quality, or scalability in the workflow.

The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller with a proven track record of leveraging AI tools to create high-impact video content. You possess strong creative instincts for visual pacing and narrative flow, with the ability to independently transform a script or raw concept into a polished final product. Thriving in fast-moving, experimental environments, you are a highly organized and reliable professional capable of managing multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing quality or creative integrity and are deeply curious about AI, emerging tools, and new creative workflows.

Qualifications

Required

• AI Tool Mastery: Demonstrated experience creating video content using AI tools; Deep experience with the "Big Ones" (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and specialized content tools like Midjourney, Runway, Fall AI, V03, and Nano Banana;

• Technical Fluency: Ability to discuss AI workflows using industry-specific verbs and adjectives (e.g., negative prompting, operators, lip-sync drift).

• Startup DNA: A "nothing is beneath me" attitude—willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure the company succeeds.

• Organizational Prowess: Top-shelf organizational skills, capable of following and improving complex labeling and workflow systems.

• Proactive Initiative: A self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions but instead presents points of view backed by data or visuals.

Preferred

• Social Media Savvy: A deep understanding of how to navigate and create for the current social landscape (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).

• Visual Pedigree: A background in high-level visual training (such as that found in top-tier design or film programs) or a history of athletic discipline.

• Eccentric Creativity: We value "off the wall" and forward-thinking individuals who aren't afraid to be their true selves.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality AI video content that hits every deadline while ensuring every piece feels intentional, engaging, and aligned with the unique personality of each IPAI.

Within the first 30–90 days, you will have already moved our workflow forward by introducing innovative tools or techniques that sharpen our edge. You will maintain a steady output, producing one long-form video per day along with multiple social offshoots, and as you refine these processes, your efficiency will naturally increase.

Beyond the technical output, you will become the "glue" of the team—a collaborative, fun player who elevates our culture and is appreciated company-wide Ultimately, your creative direction will make our AI personalities feel uniquely approachable and human—fumbles and all—as you play an active, vital role in scaling IPAI's AI-driven video production.
